Well guys my account was closed today because my server had a very weird situation on server my Paladin is on ( Mannoroth ). Some one managed to dupe gold. Yes thats right dupe gold. So all of a sudden some random person gives 200000 to me in a trade window. You heard me right 200000. I didn't ask for it they just gave it to me. So the first thing I do is buy as much potato peeler as I could to try to be smart about it. Such as a lot mats and every epic mount avaliable.
I then left for a burrito interview I had today. I come back to see that my account has been closed. Almost half the account on my server were banned. In about 1 hour the entire economy of my server was killed. I'm not sure whats going to happen yet. Maybe they will roll it back maybe not. I know that everyone that got banned has been flooding Blizzard with emails and phones calls angry aboutt he situation. Because they feel like they shouldnt be banned for accepting money from some one.
So all I can do now is sit and wait. I must say tho... it was fun having 200k gold and going on WoW shopping spree.

i was just on somethingawful looking for this same thing. apparently atleast 5 other severs were mentioned to have the same thing happening zuluhead was one that caught my eye cuz i rolled an ally there with a friend for times when not raiding with phobia. Apparently its a patch bug or something. |

So I got an email this morning saying that my account have be reactivated. brining finaly. Cool thing is that I long on to check my account. All my gold is gone but not the 60+ Nexus Crystals, Mats, Pots, 3 Epic mounts, etc. So anything I bought is still there. I did see that the was being rolled back or somthing so if I will be able to keep these items I have yet to see.

Dude, I didnt even get banned and I had 90k on diff chars... But today the money is all Gone!!!!!!!! FUK!!!! I am beyond broke! Lol! |

Dude at least they hooked me up with 24silver. I had only 5 silver when this began now I am at 29 bake YES! haha. |
